A chibi Rukia in festival gear I drew after seeing tons of cute Rukia fanart on the net. It was the first thing I got finished after a serious artist's block too, so good that I did.

I wanted to make her wear some sort of a festival mask but after trying to come up with some original designs got the idea of just giving her Ichigo's hollow mask. It was an easy solution and some people seemed to like it, so yay for random ideas. x3
