This little fella had no name, but I started calling him "the Donald Duck fanboy" since his outfit was based on Donald's clothes. And I must say that I'm very fond of this guy, he may not have much of a meaning but at least he's kinda cute. :3 Would be fun to draw him more often, but I doubt I will have any good ideas.
